Cynthia L. Drake, MSN, BSN, RN
With more than 40 years of experience in healthcare, our founder has dedicated a career to providing compassionate care, advancing nursing education, and developing healthcare professionals. Beginning as a nurse aide and progressing through multiple levels of nursing practice, extensive experience has been gained across long-term care, outpatient clinics, mental health, correctional healthcare, private-duty nursing, home health, and nursing education. This commitment to excellence continues to guide A Time to Care Nursing Services in preparing future healthcare professionals and supporting the community.
